Key Dates

These are the key dates for your Delaware LLC:

• Before 15th April every year – file Form 5472 and Form 1120
• Before 1st June every year pay your annual fee to the Delaware government – $300 USD / year
• Every 12 months after formation renew your Delaware Registered Agent – $100 USD / year
• Every 12 months renew your USA phone and USA fax number – $12 USD / year each

Taxes and annual fees for INCs and C-Corp LLCs are much more complex than those for sole-member LLCs and their filing requirements with the Delaware Government is very different. For advice on these type of companies please consult an accountant directly.

If you have a dedicated virtual office service: 

• Every 12 months after formation renew your Virtual Office Address – $100 USD – $120 USD / year

If you do not have a dedicated virtual office service and continue to use the ITC’s address for limited mail service:

• Every 12 months after formation renew for – $50 USD / year
