How will I receive my phone calls?

You have several options to choose from:

1. Incoming calls go automatically to voicemail. The voicemail message left by the caller is recorded and automatically sent to you as an email attachment. 
2. Your calls can be configured to automatically forward to one or more telephone numbers anywhere in the world. (Call forwarding costs apply)
3. Your calls can be answered using a computer or cellphone with a special software application installed.
4. You can purchase a VOIP hardware handset and connect to your number via SIP. (Technical experience required).

Once your phone number is set up you will be provided with a username and password to log into the control panel for your US phone and fax number. You will be able to set up call routing, call forwarding and other options directly there.
