Yes. There are two options available. If you divert your phone line and it isnt answered then it will automatically redirect to voicemail. Voicemail messages are automatically sent to your nominated email address.
Faxes sent to your new business fax number are automatically emailed to your nominated email address.

No. Company law is different from trademark law. You cannot stop someone using a trademark which is the same or similar to yours merely by registering a company.
At the end of the company’s financial year the company directors have a responsibility to submit a set of accounts to the Companies House (UK) / Companies Office (NZ). Even if the company has no trading activities it must submit dormant account. For trading companies it is typically an abbreviated version of the company’s accounts and does not include detailed director’s reports. You must also file your taxes annually. If you are obliged to pay either VAT (UK) or GST (New Zealand) then you may be required to do so locally. Most companies will appoint an accountant to assist them with preparing the accounts. It is important that the accounts are prepared correctly and submitted on time to avoid penalties.

For a UK company it currently costs £13 to file your annual confirmation statement online, and £40 by post. For a New Zealand Company the current fee for filing an annual return is $36 NZD (around $30 USD) plus GST. You can submit these returns via the online portals.
For a UK Company it is currently £150 a year to have a registered office and mail forwarding address. For a New Zealand company it is currently $358 NZD (around $300 USD) a year to have a registered office and mail forwarding address. Mail forwarding costs extra and can be managed through the online portal.
Yes. You will be sent a tax number for your company to your new virtual office address by post. You can then get that letter scanned and forwarded directly to your email.
UK Companies do not have to register VAT just because you start a business or organisation. UK companies you must register for VAT if your VAT taxable turnover goes over £85,000 (the ‘threshold’), or you know that it will. Your VAT taxable turnover is the total of everything sold that is not VAT exempt. New Zealand Companies do not have to register GST just because you start a business or organisation. UK companies must register if you are an entity and either of these apply to they a. carry out a taxable activity and their turnover was at least $60,000 in the last 12 months, or they expect it will be at least $60,000 in the next 12 months; or b. carry out a taxable activity and they add GST to the price of the goods or services you sell. We can register you for VAT or GST at an additional cost of $100 USD.
