Do I need a US address to incorporate a business?

LLCs and Corporations (INCs) are required to have a registered business address. This does not have to be an actual physical address.

For foreign owned LLCs it is usually the address of the Registered Agent.

Does the address have to be the same as the state I am incorporated?

The registered business address must be in the same state as where you are incorporated.

Can I also have a virtual office address in another state?

Yes. There is no restriction on you having a virtual office address, mail forwarding address or PO Box in another state.

If, however, you have a physical office address (i.e. one with your own employees in it or where you will receive and ship products directly under your own control [not via an agent] then you are likely going to have to also register in that state as well).
