Can a Non-US Resident Own a US LLC or INC?
Generally, there are no restrictions on foreign ownership of any company formed in the United States, except for S-Corporations.
It is not necessary to be a U.S. citizen or to have a green card or even be resident in the country to own a limited liability company or corporation formed in the United States.
What’s more, the procedure for a foreign citizen to form a company in the U.S. is exactly the same as for a U.S. citizen.
