What is not allowed?

Your Registered Agent must be a full time, real, physical address able to accept mail service for government documents and legal matters. The following is not allowed:

• Virtual office addresses
• PO Boxes
• Mail forwarding addresses
• Using a registered agent with an address in a state other than the state where you are formed

Other limitations

Professional Registered Agent service providers are limited to providing only Registered Agent services. 

• You can not use the Registered Agent address to send or receive normal postal mail or parcels
• You can not list the Registered Agent as your office address with Amazon, eBay or anywhere else
